The project aimed to build a Power BI dashboard that monitors sales performance across product categories and regions, with real-time KPI tracking. Integrated with Power Automate, it triggers alerts to Teams and email when thresholds are breached.
This project demonstrates a unified BI solution to track retail sales, segment performance, and profit margins in real time. The objective was to automate alerts for underperformance and improve decision-making using Power BI visualizations connected to actionable workflows.
We developed an interactive Power BI dashboard with KPIs, regional and category-level drilldowns, and a sales target. Power Automate flows were implemented to send real-time alerts via email and Microsoft Teams when sales fell below defined thresholds.
